Forms that work the way you do: by email

Regular forms

No sign-ups. No portal. Just email.

1. You make the form in your browser, and email it as a PDF.
2. They fill it in at forms.pdfjet.com, on a computer or phone, save the filled PDF, and email it back.
3. You drop the returned PDFs into Collect responses: the answers come together in one table.

The answers travel by email, between you and them. We never see or store them.

With “Encrypt the answers”

One checkbox. No setup, for you or for them.

1. You check the box “Encrypt the answers”: your key is made for you, and saved as a file to keep.
2. They fill it in and email it back as usual: the answers are encrypted automatically.
3. You open the answers with your key.

The answers are encrypted on their device, so no one along the way can read them. Only you can open them, on your computer, with your key.
